Appointment Booking & Deposits;

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments at Indulgence Hair Studio. For many color services, an $85 deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

Deposits are applied toward the scheduled service total on the original appointment date and are intended to reserve dedicated time with your stylist.

Should you need to cancel your appointment with adequate notice (48 hours or more), you may request to transfer your deposit one time to a future appointment scheduled within 30 days of the original reservation date.

If a deposit refund is requested with adequate notice, a $5 administrative processing fee will be retained, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Example: An $85 deposit refund would result in an $80 refund.

Deposits are non-transferable between guests and may not be repeatedly moved between appointments.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice, or appointments resulting in a no-call/no-show, will forfeit the deposit.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy;

At Indulgence Hair Studio, we value the time and commitment of each client and strive to provide an elevated experience during every visit. To continue offering exceptional service and accommodate our guests fairly, we kindly ask that the following policies be respected:

Cancellations with Less Than 48 Hours Notice

Haircut appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service total.

Color appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee and may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.

No-Call / No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the reserved haircut service total and 50% of booked color services. Any deposit associated with the appointment will also be forfeited.

Why This Policy Exists

Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments significantly impact our stylists’ reserved time and limit our ability to accommodate other guests waiting for appointments. These policies help protect the time, preparation, and dedication that go into each reservation.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise. While our policies are designed to honor both our guests and our team, exceptions may be thoughtfully considered on an individual basis at the discretion of management.

Policy Acknowledgement & Consent;

At the time of booking, clients are verbally informed of our cancellation and deposit policies and are also provided written access to these policies through our booking system and/or intake forms.

By reserving an appointment with Indulgence Hair Studio and providing a credit card on file, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of our cancellation, deposit, and no-show policies. Clients further accept financial responsibility for any applicable cancellation fees, no-show charges, deposit forfeitures, or approved processing fees outlined within these policies.

Our policies are designed to protect the time, preparation, and commitment dedicated to each reserved appointment while allowing us to continue providing an elevated experience for every guest.
