Meet The Staff 

Amber Rodriguez and Phylicia Crowe are both owners in the partnership Indulgence Hair Studio, LLC. Their main goal in establishing the studio is to create an environment that is welcoming, and comfortable for clients to fulfill their hair needs while feeling completely relaxed and exceptional during their visit. Amber and Phylicia share the same vision that encompass the desire of a warm environment for clients as well as further growth of the team at Indulgence Hair Studio. They are dedicated to provide continual education for themselves and the staff of the studio to effortlessly execute the latest trends and techniques in hair coloring and hair cutting. Amber and Phylicia are excited to share the studio with clients and look forward to what the future brings.

Phylicia, partner and stylist of Indulgence Hair Studio. Completing her cosmetology education at Monroe Career and Technical Institute in 2007. Upon completion of the program, Phylicia began her career as a hairstylist. Her passion and genuine admiration for the industry remains the same today as it was her first year of cosmetology school.

Throughout the years, Phylicia has made continuing her education a priority. She has attended various seminars and classes to remain up-to-date in the latest trends in haircutting, hair color techniques, and styling. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to her and she treats each client that sits in her chair individually to best serve their unique needs. During her time working behind the chair, Phylicia decided to pursue a degree in business. In January of 2016, she graduated from Northampton Community College with her associates degree in Business Administration. This accomplishment helped bridge the gap between the artistic and strategic components of her profession.

Amber, partner and stylist at Indulgence Hair Studio. Since graduating from the Stroudsburg School of Cosmetology in 2005, she has completed her Master Color Expert certification with Wella. In addition to this accomplishment, Amber has achieved various certificates in hair cutting, coloring techniques, hair styling, and professional make-up application. Professional make-up application is a specialty of Amber’s and she has executed make-up applications for multiple special events. Her excitement for the beauty industry makes her strive to provide the best experience and services for her clients.

Ale’Sandra, also known as Ale’, is a Stylist at Indulgence Hair Studio. Ale’ studied cosmetology at Metro Beauty Academy and became a licensed Cosmetologist in 2017. Ale’ has a love for all things beauty. She finds excitement from the entire spectrum of color services, from bold looks including color blocking to natural ‘lived in’ color effects. Ale’ shares the same excitement for haircutting and hair styling. Her love for the industry makes it easy and fun for her to make a conscious effort to educate herself on all the latest trends and techniques. Ale’ also offers formal styling and provides professional make-up services for any occasion. Customizing the service to fit a clients’ individual needs is what Ale’ takes pride in. Besides her talent, her uplifting energy will make any client feel comfortable and relaxed during their time in her chair.

ALEXANDRIA

Alexandria, also known as Alex, is a Stylist at Indulgence Hair Studio.  Alex studied Cosmetology at Metro Beauty Academy and has been licensed since 2016. The art of haircutting was her first love. She specializes in short haircuts, and gets excited to create styles that portray sass and edge. Alex quickly grew a passion for all things color. Specifically, a love for hand painted techniques such as balayage. Babylight blonding services, color melts and custom fashion tones are also services that excite her. Alex appreciates any opportunity presented to her to provide a hair transformation for a client. She believes that hair is one of the most satisfying forms of self-expression, and it is her joy to bring your hair dreams to reality.

kRYSTAL

Krystal is the Front Desk Coordinator at Indulgence Hair Studio. Krystal has been a part of the team at Indulgence Hair Studio since 2018. Her smile and welcoming personality will greet you at the front door. You will find Krystal at the front desk performing a variety of administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and processing transactions. She also manages deliveries of salon supplies, serving as an extra set of hands for our stylists, and tending to the needs of our guests. Whether it’s making coffee, assisting with retail products or getting you connected to the internet, Krystal will make sure you’re taken care of from the moment you call to schedule your appointment to the moment you walk out the door. Our day to day operations run smoothly thanks to Krystal’s attentiveness.
