Appointment Booking:

A valid credit card is required in order to book an appointment for any service at Indulgence Hair Studio. For many color services, a deposit of $85 may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable, and may only be used towards the original appointment date.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

At Indulgence Hair Studio, we value the time and commitment of each client, and we strive to provide exceptional service during every visit. To ensure we can continue offering the highest quality experience, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

✨ Cancellations with Less Than 48 Hours Notice

• Haircut appointments canceled without 48 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total service price.

• Color services canceled without 48 hours notice will incur a $50 fee.

✨ No-Call / No-Show Policy

• Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the total haircut price and 50% of the booked color service.

✨ Why This Policy?

When appointments are canceled at the last minute or missed entirely, it limits our ability to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. This policy helps ensure fairness to all our valued clients.
