Phylicia
Phylicia, a Partner and Stylist at Indulgence Hair Studio, completed her cosmetology education at Monroe Career and Technical Institute in 2007. Since then, her passion and genuine admiration for the industry have remained as strong as they were during her first year of cosmetology school.
With an associate’s degree in business administration, she blends her passion for hair styling with a strong foundation in business principles. As a dedicated hairdresser, Phylicia thrives on creating unique and personalized looks for each of her clients. Committed to continuous education, Phylicia always seeks new techniques and trends to enhance her creativity and provide exceptional service. Some of her favorite services include transformative color services and haircuts that complement the individual’s best features. Some of the services include Blonding, Creative Color, and Extension Services. Phylicia has further enhanced her skills by obtaining certifications in various extension methods such as DreamCatcher Tape-in, K-Tip, I-Tip, and Weft, in addition to Aqua Extensions certification.
Her approach revolves around ensuring clients feel comfortable and relaxed in her chair. Phylicia believes open communication is key; actively listening to her clients’ desires and concerns to understand their vision and create their dream hairstyle. Her goal is to not only style hair but also to build lasting relationships, making every salon visit a positive and memorable experience.
Amber
Amber, a Partner and Stylist at Indulgence Hair Studio, graduated from the Stroudsburg School of Cosmetology in 2005. Since then, she has continued to further her education and knowledge in the industry. The pursuit of artistic growth motivated Amber to achieve her Master Color Expert certification from Wella. Her ability to stay on top of the ever-changing trends and techniques of our industry is of the utmost importance to her. Along with her Master Color Expert certification, Amber holds various other certifications in haircutting, coloring techniques, and hair styling. The combination of her education, love for the industry, and willingness to fulfill client needs makes her ultimate goal to have every person leaving her chair feeling happy, relaxed, and beautiful.
Ale’Sandra
Ale’Sandra, also known as Ale’, is a Stylist at Indulgence Hair Studio. Ale’ studied cosmetology at Metro Beauty Academy and became a licensed Cosmetologist in 2017. Ale’ has a love for all things beauty. She finds excitement from the entire spectrum of color services, from bold looks including color blocking to natural ‘lived in’ color effects. Ale’ shares the same excitement for haircutting and hair styling. Her love for the industry makes it easy and fun for her to make a conscious effort to educate herself on all the latest trends and techniques. Ale’ also offers formal styling and provides professional make-up services for any occasion. Customizing the service to fit a clients’ individual needs is what Ale’ takes pride in. Besides her talent, her uplifting energy will make any client feel comfortable and relaxed during their time in her chair.
Alexandria
Alexandria, also known as Alex, is a Stylist at Indulgence Hair Studio. Alex studied Cosmetology at Metro Beauty Academy and has been licensed since 2016. The art of haircutting was her first love. She specializes in short haircuts, and gets excited to create styles that portray sass and edge. Alex quickly grew a passion for all things color. Specifically, a love for hand painted techniques such as balayage. Babylight blonding services, color melts and custom fashion tones are also services that excite her. Alex appreciates any opportunity presented to her to provide a hair transformation for a client. She believes that hair is one of the most satisfying forms of self-expression, and it is her joy to bring your hair dreams to reality.
Crystal
Crystal is a Stylist at Indulgence Hair Studio. Crystal brings over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, she is a master color expert certified with Wella. She has a passion for staying updated on the latest trends and creating personalized hair color and cuts for her valued guests. Crystal’s specialties include a range of color services such as Blonding, grey coverage, dimensional brunettes, foilyage, and hand painting techniques. She prioritizes the health of both the hair and scalp when selecting techniques and products for her clients.
Courtney
Courtney is a Stylist at Indulgence Hair Studio, bringing over a decade of experience to her craft. Graduating from Monroe Career and Technical Institute in 2004, she has since immersed herself in the beauty industry, continually seeking to expand her knowledge and skills. Courtney has attended numerous hands-on education classes in various locations, including New York and Las Vegas, as well as many in-house training sessions. Courtney takes immense pride in her ability to listen attentively to each client, ensuring she understands their desires and goals. Her passion for all things hair, from color to highlights, is evident in her work. She has a particular fondness for cutting, especially razor and texture haircuts, showcasing her creativity and attention to detail.
Above all, Courtney strives to create a relaxing and enjoyable experience for every client who sits in her chair. Building strong, lasting relationships with her clients is her priority, making sure they leave feeling not only beautiful but also valued and cared for.
kRYSTAL
Krystal is our Front Desk Coordinator at Indulgence Hair Studio. Since joining our team in 2018, Krystal has been the friendly face that greets you as you walk through our doors. Her warm smile and welcoming personality set the tone for your visit, ensuring you feel right at home.
At the front desk, Krystal handles a variety of administrative tasks with ease. From answering phone calls and scheduling appointments to processing transactions, she keeps our salon running smoothly. Krystal also manages deliveries of salon supplies and assists our stylists, always ready to lend a helping hand. Krystal goes above and beyond to ensure our guests have a wonderful experience. Whether it’s making coffee, assisting with retail products, or helping you get connected to the internet, she is dedicated to making sure you’re taken care of from the moment you schedule your appointment to the moment you leave.

Heather
Heather is the friendly voice you’ll hear when you call Indulgence Hair Studio on Friday evenings and select Saturdays. As our part-time receptionist, she is always happy to assist with booking appointments and ensuring each client’s experience runs smoothly from start to finish. With her warm personality and eagerness to help, Heather plays an important role in making every visit to the salon feel welcoming and effortless.
Sophia
Sophia is currently working as our part-time receptionist Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Recently, Sophia graduated from Metro Beauty Academy, where she completed her training to earn her Pennsylvania Cosmetology license. She will soon begin her stylist training here at the salon.
What she’s most looking forward to? Bringing her creativity and passion for hair and makeup to life while learning new techniques along the way.
